External decoration of property in Clifton

The external of this property was last decorated 20+ years ago resulting in a lot of growth and cracks appearing in the masonry work.

We cleaned the masonry and treated it with a fungacidal wash, then we raked out all the cracks and undertook repairs using Toupret Exterior Masonry Filler. We then sanded all the filler and applied a coat of Dulux Trade Weathershield Masonry paint, which then highlights any minor imperfections which we repair before applying the final coat.

This property also has a very large fascia and soffit, sash windows and a large wooden front door and frame. This was all thoroughly sanded back, any repairs undertaken with wood filler, then primed, undercoated and glossed.
